Nilesh Bagwe (B+) Always Active,.. Creative & Positive…!!!  A J. J. Institute of Applied Arts alumni, Hardcore creative artist, passionate calligrapher & typographer. A motivational team leader with a natural source of positive energy, Nilesh is the Founder Consultant of Akshargandh & Creative backbone of Ugam Creative. He aims to drive both the organisations to great heights. He is equipped with a 23 years robust experience in Calligraphy & Corporate Branding.

 

Mrs Ulka Bagwe is the Founder Director of Akshargandh. She is B.Com., PG Diploma in HR & Accounts

The Beginning & the journey... In 2003, Nilesh experimented on a group of frustrated students to improve their handwriting and the result was surprisingly awesome. Then the thought came of launching Akshargandh. Since then, along with wife Ulka, and the team of dedicated associates he started taking professional workshops.
 

So far institute has successfully improved handwriting of 50000+ students, who now strongly believe that
